In this workshop with Paige, you’ll discover and understand chakras, the subtle energy system that can affect our lives. If a chakra is out of balance, it can exhibit emotional, physical and mental imbalances. You’ll learn asanas, meditations, mudras and mantras to help you stabilize an underactive or overactive chakra. Mastery of these techniques can help you feel grounded, free and blissful

In this workshop, Dane will briefly review the history of hatha yoga and its migration from India to the US. He will highlight a few key roles that men and women have played throughout the years to make it what it is today.
He will lead a discussion on how each gender’s psychological and social particularities have led to a modern day yoga industry that is dominated by women (and how men can become a part of that).
The group will examine differences in men’s and women’s anatomies and infer how these differences affect our respective abilities to achieve yoga poses.The workshop will conclude with a 60-75-minute mat practice designed for men. Participants will be offered several chances to share their experiences and insights.
